1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Digital or downloadable products

  • Gift cards

3. Return Process

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
